150 employees and their families spend weekend at Yalchik Camp
The summer harvest celebration, Sabantuy, was held for members of the KFU Trade Union.
Among the entertainment were arts contests, an exhibition of folk crafts from the nearby city of Volzhsk, a snack bar, and a mini tractor for rides.
The program included songs in many languages, sports competitions, and traditional Sabantuy contests including sack run, egg run, pot breaking, tug-of-war, darts, and others. All the participants could taste pilaf and tea and received memorable gifts.
Yalchik is located on the banks of the eponymous lake in the Republic of Mari El, some 70 kilometers from Kazan, inside the Mariy Chodra National Park. The camp covers over 60,000 square meters and provides various opportunities for year-round recreation.
