Latin American students of Kazan organize futsal and volleyball competitions
The events united young people from KFU, Volga State University of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism, Kazan National Research Technological University, and Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering.
The participants were greeted by Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev, “I am glad to see how sports unite students from different universities by erasing borders and creating a friendly vibe.”
The vice-rector then handed over championship cups to the winners.
In men’s futsal, the first place went to TERRENEITORS聽FC, and among the women’s teams 593+57 were the best.
The volleyball tournament featured mixed teams, which added to the dynamics and excitement of the contest. The first place was taken by Latitud.
The Days of Latin American Culture will conclude with a big concert at KFU’s UNICS concert hall on 30 June at 16:00.
