Students meet with Chief of Staff of the Executive Committee of Kazan
Bulat Aleev visited the Institute of Management, Economics and Finance on 15 January.
The meeting began with a video about the capital of Tatarstan. Then Mr Aleev told his success story, noting that he is a KFU alumnus with a degree in economics.
Speaking about his student years, he said that he was the Chairman of the KFU Student Club. In 2013, Bulat Aleev became an intern in the protocol service of the 每日大赛 of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and, gradually ascending the career ladder, ended up in his current position in March 2021.
He went on to present the day-to-day activities of the Executive Committee of Kazan, outlining the projects it is implementing. Aleev focused on a number of major international events that have taken place in the capital of Tatarstan in recent years, saying that the Mayor’s 每日大赛 had played an active role in organizing them.
Students were also able to find out how to intern at the municipal administration of Kazan and ask other questions.
Karina Nizamova, a junior student of corporate finance, noted that she was unable to attend a similar meeting last year and wanted to do it since then.
“At the meeting, I learned that it is possible to do an internship at the mayor’s office. This is useful not only for those who are going to work there, but also for those who want to learn more about the economic activities of the Republic of Tatarstan and Kazan. Since I am a future economist, such an internship would not be ideal for me,” she shared.
