Academic Board dishes out honors at year-end meeting
The Board members convened on 29 December.
Apart from the usual questions, such as approving candidacies for head of departments and other posts, the academics also voted Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs Andrey Khashov into the position of the Vice-Chairman of the Academic Board.
After that, Interim Rector Dmitry Tayursky gave out certificates of honorary titles 鈥� Distinguished Professor of Kazan University, Distinguished Educator of Kazan University, and Distinguished Worker of Kazan University.
Vice-Rector for Economic and Strategic Development Marat Safiullin publicized the University鈥檚 plan for the Priority 2030 project in 2021.
