KFU present in 21 subject areas in 2025 RAEX Subject Rankings of Russian universities
In total, 166 universities from 40 provinces of Russia are represented in the ratings.
The rating uses three groups of indicators, which traditionally appear in all ratings of the Three Missions of the University family – education, science, and society. At the same time, the subject rankings take into account the specifics of each area – the set of indicators and their weight differ depending on the subject area.
Kazan University entered the top 5 in Pedagogical Education (4th place), Biology (4th place), Geography (5th place), Chemistry (5th place), Oil and Gas Industry (5th place).
In the top 10 in Hospitality industry (7th place), Linguistics and foreign languages (9th place), Sociology (9th place), History and archaeology鈥�(9th place), Pharmacy (10th place).
KFU is also represented in Law, Management, Mathematics, Ecology, Psychology, Philology and Journalism, Physics, Political Science and International Relations, Economics, Materials Technology, Information Technology.
