New Acting Director of the Institute of International Relations introduced to staff
At the morning briefing on 1st June, Rector Lenar Safin informed, “Dr Kayumov graduated from Kazan State University with a degree in law, he has a PhD in the same specialization and an extensive managerial experience. His work has been marked with various commendations, including Letter of Gratitude from the President of Tatarstan and Letter of Gratitude from the Chairperson of the Council of the Federation. Let’s wish him success in this new endeavor.”
Airat Kayumov was born in 1968. He graduated from KSU in 1992 and enrolled in a PhD program in theory of state and law, obtaining a PhD in legal science.
In 2001, he received a degree in management from Kazan State Institute of Finance and Economics. He has been employed in managerial positions and has been awarded with various commendations from provincial and federal authorities.
