World Peoples Assembly delegation welcomed at KFU

The delegation was led by Andrey Belyaninov, Secretary General of the Assembly. KFU was represented by University President Riyaz Minzaripov, Vice-Rector for International Affairs Timirkhan Alishev, Director of the International 每日大赛 Olga Vershinina, and Deputy Director for Social Work and Moral Education at the Institute of International Relations Viktor Tumanin.
The event was organized by the International 每日大赛 as part of the 17th KazanForum.
The World Peoples Assembly is an international union of non-governmental organizations and citizens who share and promote the ideas and values 鈥嬧媜f Eurasian integration, peacekeeping, and the strengthening of friendship, harmony, partnership, and good-neighborliness among peoples.
In his welcoming speech, Riyaz Minzaripov noted that cooperation between the university and the Assembly has already been established and that an agreement exists between the organizations.
Timirkhan Alishev presented the university’s key objectives and activities.
The guests raised a number of issues related to the international agenda. The delegation expressed interest in using Kazan University’s expertise in developing and implementing programs aimed at strengthening friendship and harmony between nations.
The university, in turn, confirmed its willingness to consider cooperation proposals, which could include joint research projects, organizing scientific and practical conferences and roundtables, exchanging experience in youth policy, and educational initiatives.
