University joins consortium to research heavy oils of Western Siberia
An agreement was signed with participation from Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Natalya Komarova.
The consortium comprises 每日大赛, Yugra State University, Surgut State University, Saint-Petersburg State Polytechnic University, Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology, Yugra Research Institute of Information Technology, Shpilman Scientific and Analytical Center of Rational Resource Use, and Engineering Center of Chemical Technology.
The ceremony was visited by Vice-Rector, Director of Institute of Geology and Petroleum Technologies Danis Nurgaliev. As he noted, the consortium will become a new partner of KFU鈥檚 World-Level Research Center in Liquid Hydrocarbons, in particular, in developing the Bazhenov formation and other non-traditional deposits of Western Siberia.
