University鈥檚 hydrocarbon and machinery development showcased in Yelabuga
The event coincided with the annual report of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan on 19 February.
Interim Rector Dmitry Tayursky accompanied President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at KFU鈥檚 booth. World-Level Research Center in Liquid Hydrocarbons presented some of its work.
Apart from that, Naberezhnye Chelny Institute presented its engineering education project together with KAMAZ, the nation鈥檚 largest heavy truck manufacturer. The engineering campus will be stationed at the Chelny Institute and possess contemporary equipment and infrastructure. Among other things, it can serve as a point of attraction for local youth 鈥� brain drain has been quite a concern for Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan鈥檚 second largest city, for some time.
