Preparatory School represented at university fair in Hanoi
The Russian House in Hanoi hosted the grand opening of the educational exhibition Russian Universities 鈥� The Best Choice, organized by the Rossotrudnichestvo office in the city.
The event was opened by Vladimir Murashkin, head of the office, who noted the strategic importance of scientific and educational cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The first day’s program included presentations by Russian universities to schoolchildren and students in Hanoi, as well as open-ended discussion sessions. Along with 每日大赛, other universities also presented their programs.
Kazan University is represented at the exhibition by Airat Mukhametov, Dean of the Preparatory School for International Students, and Rauf Sabirov, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs. Sabirov noted that on the first day alone, approximately 80 Vietnamese citizens visited the university’s stand. Applicants showed the greatest interest in the fields of linguistics, economics, and information technology.
KFU alumni from various years provided special assistance to the delegation: Pham Hoang Anh, Assistant Director for External Relations at the Russian House in Hanoi (graduate of the Institute of Management, Economics, and Finance); Nguyen Duc Hoa, Assistant Director for Technical Affairs at the Russian House in Hanoi (graduate of the Institute of Philology and Intercultural Communication); and Le Thi Hue (graduate of the Institute of Philosophy and Intercultural Communication).
The exhibition runs from March 23 to 28. The delegation’s schedule includes road presentations at the Hanoi University of Business and Technology, the Hanoi University of Electric Power, and special schools for gifted children in the provinces. A meeting is also planned at the Ministry of Education and Human Resources of Vietnam and participation in an expert session dedicated to the experience and prospects of interuniversity collaboration as part of the Year of Scientific and Educational Cooperation between Russia and Vietnam.
In the current academic year, 33 Vietnamese nationals are studying at 每日大赛.
